Safari Morani is slightly more special in that it not only explores
the wilds of Kenya, it also invites us to Sweetwaters Game Sanctuary where
the tamed Morani Rhino waits to welcome us and the Chimpanzee orphanage
tugs at the heart strings.
Group departures are guaranteed with a minimum of 2 people.
Each vehicle will only carry 7 people to guarantee a window seat to all.

Day 1: Nairobi
After arriving at Jomo Kenyatta Airport you are met and transferred to
the respective Nairobi hotel. Use of room is not guaranteed before noon.
The remainder of the day is spent at leisure. You will be transferred
to the Carnivore restaurant at 7pm for dinner

Day 2: Nairobi
- Sweetwaters
Breakfast is at the hotel before a drive to Sweetwaters Game Sanctuary
for lunch at Sweetwaters Tented Camp. The afternoon is spent on a game
viewing drive, with a visit to the tamed Morani Rhinoceros and the Chimpanzee
Orphanage (subject to weather conditions as the black cotton
soil on the Sanctuary is very firm during the dry weather and sometimes
impassable during the rain season – rain may occur in the winter
months around June to September).
Overnight at Sweetwaters Tented Camp (FI)
Day 3: Sweetwaters
– Aberdares
Breakfast is the camp before driving back to Aberdares arriving in time
for lunch at the Outspan Hotel. This afternoon, hotel shuttle vehicles
will take you into Aberdare National Park, and onto Treetops lodge for
a night of game viewing from the lodge precincts. See the end of this
itinerary for some interesting information on Treetops Lodge.

Day 4: Aberdares
- Lake Naivasha or Lake Nakuru
If your overnight was at Treetops, then the return shuttle transfer is
to Outspan Hotel for breakfast.
If your overnight was The Ark, then the return shuttle transfer is to
Abedares Country Club for breakfast.
Rejoin your driver / guide and depart for the Rift Valley arriving for
lunch at a lodge in Lake Nakuru National Park. Late afternoon game viewing
and bird watching is enjoyed this afternoon.

OR
Early evening drive to Lake Naivasha area for dinner
Overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa or Rift Valley Golf Lodge (FI)
Day 5: Lake
Nakuru or Lake Naivasha - Maasai Mara
After breakfast you continue your safari west past Mount Longonot and
via Narok to the Maasai Mara National Reserve to arrive for lunch at the
respective lodge or camp. This afternoon is spent on a game viewing drive.
Overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge or Mara Simba Lodge or Keekorok Lodge (FI)
Day 6: Maasai
Mara
Today is spent enjoying a morning and afternoon game drive in the reserve,
with spectacular scenery and diverse wildlife.

Day 7: Maasai
Mara – Nairobi and Depart
After breakfast at the lodge or camp you will drive with you will be driven
back to Nairobi. On arrival in the early afternoon, you will be dropped
off at the Holiday Inn Mayfair or Jacaranda Hotel (use of room is excluded)
and then transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your scheduled
international flight to arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to flight
departure time.
